How do I create a PDF file from a scanner?

PDF Pro 10 does have a tool that allows you to create a PDF file from any scanner installed. Please note, that PDF Pro 10 does not currently include OCR software, which means that the output PDF file from the scanner will not be editable. Instead, it will essentially be an image file (from the scanner) that will be inserted into a PDF file:

  • Open PDF Pro 10 and press 'Create PDF'
  • Press 'Scan'. This will create a page from the scanner. If you have multiple pages, you will need to press the 'scan' button several times.
  • Once finished, press 'Create PDF' and select the destination of your PDF document.
