Why does my antivirus software flag PDF Pro 10 as potentially malicious?

We have taken all the precautions necessary to ensure that our software has been digitally signed and is malware/virus free.

Occasionally an antivirus program will flag our license key activator as potentially malicious. This usually occurs when our software needs to verify the key by sending it to our servers. We do not collect any information about your computer. If your antivirus program gives you a warning, please notfiy us and we will do our best to remove that flag by trying to whitelist our software with that particular antivirus program.

If your antivirus is not allowing you to activate PDF Pro 10, you might have to set an exception in your firewall for our program.
